Terms

These terms cover the services Asolys provides: websites, Google Business Profile work and review requests. Asolys is based in Florida. By signing up for a plan, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@asolys.com.

Plans and prices

• Website: $87 a month. Reviews: $67 a month. Both: $127 a month. Owning a website outright: $497 once. Prices are in US dollars.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance by card through Stripe, on the same date each month. There’s no setup fee.
• For a new website, your first payment is due once you’ve seen the site and are happy with it.

Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel any time by email. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
• First month guarantee: if you’re not happy, email within 30 days of your first payment and I’ll refund that first payment in full.
• Apart from the first month guarantee, payments for months already started aren’t refunded.

Your website and your domain

• Everything you give me stays yours: your photos, logo, text and business details.
• On the monthly plan, I host and maintain the site. The design and code are provided for as long as your plan is active.
• Your domain is registered on your behalf and renews automatically while you’re on a plan. It’s yours: I’ll transfer it to your name whenever you ask, at no charge, subject to the registrar’s own transfer rules.
• If you cancel a monthly website plan, the site comes down at the end of the paid month unless you buy it outright, and your domain moves to you.
• If you buy the website outright, I hand over the finished site’s files and your domain, and you’re free to host it anywhere.

Google profile and reviews

• You stay the owner of your Google Business Profile. I work on it as a manager, and you can remove my access any time.
• I don’t write, buy or offer anything in exchange for reviews, and I won’t do so on your behalf. Every customer gets the same request.
• You confirm that the people you ask me to contact are your real customers and gave you their contact details in connection with your work.
• Text messages start once your number clears carrier registration. Until then, requests go by email and through your review link.

No guaranteed results

Search rankings, map positions, calls and reviews depend on Google, other platforms and your customers. I do the work described on this site carefully, but I can’t promise a particular result.

Other services

The work relies on services run by others, including Google, Netlify, Stripe, domain registrars and phone carriers. Their outages and policy changes are outside my control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Asolys’s total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the three months before it arose.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and clients get an email about anything that affects them.
