This page explains what Asolys collects through asolys.com and what happens to it. Asolys is run by Adam J Ali in Florida. Questions go to hello@asolys.com.

What I collect

• The audit form. Your business name, your name, your email, any link you add, what you want help with and your message.
• The business name box. The name you type to see the examples stays in your own browser, saved in its local storage. It isn’t sent to me or anyone else, and you can clear it by clearing your browser data for this site.
• Server logs. Netlify, which hosts this site, keeps standard logs of requests, like IP address, browser type and the pages asked for.

This site doesn’t use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.

How I use it

I use what you send through the form to do your audit and reply to you. I don’t add you to a mailing list, and I never sell or rent your information.

Clients’ customer details

If you’re a reviews client, the customer names and phone numbers or emails you send me are used only to send your review requests and follow-ups. They’re never shared, sold or used for anything else. Every text includes a way to opt out, and anyone who opts out isn’t contacted again. When you cancel, I delete your customer list within 30 days.

Who else handles it

• Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions.
• Stripe processes card payments for clients. I never see or store full card numbers.
• Messaging and email providers deliver review requests for clients.

How long I keep it

Audit requests are kept as long as it takes to reply and, if you become a client, for as long as we work together. Ask me to delete them any time.

Your choices

Email hello@asolys.com to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
